We are forced to build on the fact that the implementation of the planned planned tasks directly depends on the personnel training system corresponding to the pressing needs. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: synthetic testing unequivocally defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding thoughtful reasoning.
